Refund policy

Made-to-Order Products
All products from our store are custom-made or print-on-demand via Printful. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items you change your mind about.

Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong size, color, or design)

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging. We will work with Printful to replace the item or issue a refund.

Customer-Initiated Returns
If you simply change your mind, we cannot accept the return, as the items are custom-made specifically for your order.

Replacement Process

  • Once your claim is verified, Printful will either ship a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing once approved.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are not responsible for shipping on replacements caused by Printful errors.
  • For returns not related to Printful errors, shipping costs are non-refundable.
